Monoblock Manufacture
At CEM we design, tool and manufacture monoblocks for the electrical distribution industry. From start to finish, we have complete control of the process with everything designed, manufactured and tested in-house.
 Choice of resin
CEM recognises that there are many modern epoxy resins which are in the liquid state prior to processing. These offer the advantage of minimum wastage and fast processing times.
This system has been proven over the years in electro-mechanical applications and fully meets the requirements of BS 3816.

In-house monoblock tooling
All tooling is manufactured and maintained in house, thus minimising any refurbish downtime and at no cost to the customer. |

In-house processing
Processing is carried out under accurately controlled conditions using ‘state of the art’ temperature control methods. |

Sourcing quality materials
We have a very close working relationship with one of the long established copper mills who see our venture complementing their own operation. |

Ancillary operations
Copper cutting, punching and electroplating are all carried out in-house. This allows us to maintain adequate control of our materials and minimise transport costs. |
